1. Listening-to develop the ability to make intellectual and aesthetic judgements based on critical listening and analysis

3. Listening-To develop a knowledge of music history and literature and its relationship to world history. To make students aware of the applications of music in our society with respect to music careers, and avocational and leisure uses.
